Management leadership of Wellmont’s Health System "IT division" (105 FTE's) for 10 acute care hospitals/specialty facilities, including 64 outreach clinics, across four state lines.

Responsible for managing total budget of $27m, complete executive order of full day-to-day IT operations, including inpatient and outpatient ambulatory services. Also managed the core McKesson STAR platform, including the transition to Horizon platform.  Responsible for building new IT strategic and operational work plans and execution within targeted budget constraints.

Responsibilities for full deployment of operational IT services (85 FTE’s), including new clinical pediatric product installations (McKesson Series), multiple system upgrades to Cerner classic, McKesson series, Eclipsys, GE product suites. 
Complete overhaul of new network infrastructural design, clinical & revenue cycle/finance software assessments, principal builder of MCH IT strategic design, while significantly improving the quality and customer satisfaction deliverables.

Responsible for new installations & system upgrades of RIS, PACs, and HIS systems.  Managed senior-level director technical resources (300+) across the country, including 3rd party vendor relationships within software RIS company. Full range IT responsibilities included hardware deployment, custom coding/programming, system integration mapping, and custom interfaces.
